System Introduction

The KT727 mining integrated communication system is developed and produced by our company using digital communication technology. It has a fully digital PCM and various types of peripheral communication interfaces, as well as comprehensive mining production scheduling and command functions. It is suitable for applications in large, medium, and small mines, mining bureaus, and their surrounding areas. The system mainly consists of KTJ135 ground dispatch host, coupler, security distribution frame, ground ordinary telephone, mining intrinsic safety telephone and other equipment, with functions such as dispatching and calling users, user communication, user emergency call dispatching, relay connection, strong insertion, and strong disconnection. The system adopts advanced communication host equipment as the core voice communication device to build the network. The host uses a redundant single board hot backup method, which can achieve dual main control board main backup switching and dual power supply.

System Features

●    Single machine supports 2048 capacity, including relay, user IP、 Broadcasting, magnets E/M、 Light user and other business modules.

●    All boxes will support power hot standby, secondary hot standby, and primary power hot standby.

●    Added multiple E1 extension boxes, supporting up to 64E1, making configuration operations simpler.

●    Single frame supports 1024 capacity optical extension, meeting the 16 slot x64 (PDH) directional optical extension of a single frame.

●    Support mining 10km user interface board, with a transmission distance of up to 15km, to meet the long-distance extension of underground cable signals.

●    Provide dual loop technology access, dual line access for different wellheads, to ensure secure communication.

●    The coupler and intrinsically safe mining telephone have obtained the highest level of Ex ia I Ma explosion-proof certification.
