The hotel has previously used other domestic and imported voice devices, but after using them, it was found that the Shenxun brand has outstanding advantages: more advanced technology, richer functions, more comprehensive communication methods, easier operation, and more comprehensive services.
Ø Wake-up function
Each port features three sets of intelligent wake-up modes, with no limit on the number of simultaneous wake-ups. It supports cyclic wake-up, scheduled wake-up, and batch wake-up, and supports multiple language voice modes.
Ø SMS function
During a conversation with a guest, the operator can send a designated text message through the system. The content of the message includes the hotel name, phone number, and address, accompanied by a hotel link. After receiving the text message, the guest can click on the link to display the hotel's map location. If using Gaode Map or Baidu Map, navigation can be directly provided. Additionally, the language can be selected, and the message will be automatically translated into the corresponding language based on the guest's country of origin.
Ø Suite function
It features VIP (presidential) suite functionality, with up to 752 rooms available. Each individual room supports up to 8 bundled telephones, offering various ringtone modes such as simultaneous ringing, priority ringing, and cyclic ringing. Both incoming and outgoing calls display the same room number.

Multiple calls (including internal and external lines) are made to the switchboard, entering a queue where the user can choose to connect.
Ø AI IVR navigation function
