1. 音频通讯
系统具备了行政电话和调度通讯系统功能，可实现行政电话交换、内外线通话、传真、数据通信等的交换，可实现调度功能操作，如紧急通话、一键报警、一键回呼、转接、强插、强拆、电话会议等功能操作，支持语音、对讲、视频、图片和文字等多种调度方式，满足用户在不同应用场合的需求。
求助对讲为标准86尺寸，电话线连接方式，可应用于方舱床位、安全通道、走廊等主要关键场所，通过该求助对讲可一键广播、一键求助，提升在紧急情况下方舱医院安全应急的响应效率。
可实现紧急报警、音乐播放、临时通知、循环播放、TTS广播等功能，可生成广播记录、可任意分区进行广播、具备报警联动等功能。
2. 视频监控
可将视频监控画面上墙联动，支持1方、4方、9宫、16宫和24宫不同画面组合配置，具备云台控制功能的摄像机，也可以进行云台控制。可对视频进行调焦、调光圈、旋转、预设点设置等控制，可以一键回看、抓拍相关监控记录。
支持监控分组和自定义编辑，每个摄像头看配置下关位置信息、灵活分组，可以根据按分组、位置名称快速模糊查询到需要查看的监控摄像头。
可以配合多种不同制式主流厂家视频监控系统使用，视频监控系统融入到融合调度通讯中实现音视频联动，进行统一管理和调度。
3. 无线通讯
支持窄带对讲（频段）接入到融合调度通讯系统中，实现有线、无线互联互通。
支持宽带对讲（WIFI、4G、5G），指挥中心可分组、控制、监听不同组的手持对讲组，同时发送包含文字、音频、视频、图片、表情、文件等即时通讯内容。
4. IP通讯
IP电话通过以太网络实现实时传送语音信息，达到节约布线成本、灵活便捷、升级简便，经济成本低。
IP 电话的另一种形式，基于现有的WiFi信号，以实现同一网段内局域网实现电话通话。
