
一.Overview of UAV Management and Control Solution
The UAV inspection solution is built on the fully self-developed UAV management and control system independently designed by the converged communication team of Shanghai Shenxun Kechuang. It can greatly improve the supervision efficiency within the plant area, reduce the workload and labor intensity of frontline staff, and ensure safe operations. By interconnecting with Hikvision (or other monitoring platforms) and electronic map platforms, the Shenxun UAV management and control platform enables rapid and flexible mobile inspection by UAVs. It effectively addresses the common problems such as insufficient daily supervision, missed inspections and omitted patrols caused by the lack of effective inspection tools in the coverage area. This solution enables face capture cameras to detect intruders and upload the longitude and latitude information of corresponding cameras to the background. After confirmation by the duty room, the UAV will fly to the position above the camera. Once the next capture camera identifies the intruder, the UAV will move to the corresponding position in sequence. The UAV does not identify intruders directly; instead, it takes the longitude and latitude data provided by the camera and electronic map platform as the basis for its flight route, while retaining the intelligent tracking function of UAVs. Meanwhile, the system is equipped with mobile handheld terminals. Pursuit personnel can view real-time video streams transmitted by UAVs on the handheld terminals, and the system automatically plans the optimal pursuit route.

二.System Introduction
1. Situation Large Screen
● Situational Display——Map full elements including equipment, personnel and operation results on the screen; comprehensively display operations, tasks and police alerts to realize overall situational awareness.
● Data Dashboard——Data is intelligently analyzed and processed, presented in a visualized form with dynamic real-time updates.

2. Operation Center
● Flight Monitoring——Displays attitude information with graphics and texts. It supports UAV status data, mission routes and flight trajectories based on the GIS system, as well as UAV flight control, mission control, gimbal control and drone lens switching.
● Payload Control——Supports the control of multiple types of payloads during flight missions. It enables laser ranging, laser marking, audio recording and text voice broadcasting, as well as the activation and parameter configuration of searchlights and warning lights.
● Infrared Monitoring——Monitor images in infrared lens mode. It supports adjustment of image color values, tuning of isotherms and gain modes for the infrared color palette, as well as zoom control.
● Remote Control——Featuring flexible operation modes. It supports joystick, keyboard and virtual buttons for UAV flight control, gimbal and lens control, remote voice broadcasting and point-to-fly missions. Custom configurations are available for UAV flight speed and deflection angular velocity.

3. Live Monitoring
● Multi-screen Live Streaming——It supports on-demand video live broadcast with 1/4/6/9 split-screen display modes. The display sequence of multi-screen live streaming can be adjusted. Gimbal control is available for airport-based UAVs and manually-operated drones. It supports access to live video streams from devices compliant with RTMP and GB/T 28181 protocols.
● National Standard Interconnection——It supports interconnecting UAV video images with third-party video platforms via the GB/T 28181 protocol. The system allows access of national standard compliant devices. Users can view channel information of such devices and play on-demand live video in the national standard device list.

4. Route Management
● Flight Control Mode Route Planning——Based on the UAV’s flight perspective, it loads 2D orthophoto maps and 3D models to simulate the actual operating environment of the drone. Routes can be planned flexibly and accurately, and UAV lens images can be previewed to ensure precise operation and shooting.

5. Task Management
● Task Management——It provides multiple task modes and an inspection task calendar. Tasks can be automatically delivered to drone stations and executed accordingly. Task detail data is automatically integrated and archived, and task execution status is displayed visually. Before task issuance, safety inspections are performed based on factors such as weather, battery level and flight distance.
6. Alarm Management
● Rapid Police Dispatch——It supports alarm access, intelligent route planning, quick confirmation and automatic takeoff. After an alarm task is generated, the system automatically matches the optimal drone airport based on the airport status, UAV battery level and the distance to the alarm location.
● Alarm Analysis——Via the background command terminal, operators can remotely control UAV flight and gimbal to collect alarm information. The data supports analysis and judgment by the background command center and dispatched personnel on the way, enabling early deployment and personnel dispatch.
7. Operation Deployment
● Plan Formulation——Overlay materials on the map to formulate operation plans for arrest scope, key units and rescue areas. Through responsibility allocation of operational areas, multiple teams perform their respective duties to achieve efficient division of labor and collaboration.
● Operation Deployment—— Mark the incident area, organize operation teams and drone stations, bind operation plans, and issue operational tasks.
8. Situational Judgment & Analysis
● Multi-screen Live Streaming——Select in-service devices on demand to view live video streams, providing data support for on-site situation analysis and judgment.
● Dynamic Visual Electronic Sand Table——Commanders can adjust plans in real time based on on-site situation, personnel locations, target positions and other information, with data synchronously shared across multiple terminals.
9. Operation Command
● Collaborative Operation & Remote Command—— Mark target positions via laser pointing with multi-terminal synchronization. Support real-time voice communication for flight command, remote voice broadcasting for rapid disposal, and remote gimbal control to capture photos for evidence in real time.


10. Safety Policy
● Safety Policy —— It supports configuring safety policies by drone station type, and setting flight prohibition thresholds for wind speed and rainfall. The system enables real-time monitoring of station status and abnormal alarms. When the ambient wind speed exceeds the limit, UAVs will automatically return with alarm notification. It also triggers an alert if the drone fails to return to the warehouse overtime, and this configuration is only available for senior organization administrators.
11. Scenario Digital Management
● Task Records and Application —— The system completely retains all types of data from flight missions including inspections, alarm response and joint operations, such as flight trajectories, media data, and vehicle/pedestrian heat maps. It supports full-process traceability, inquiry, comparison and marking of tasks. Users are allowed to set priority levels for flight records, as well as delete records in batches or on a regular basis.
