1. Project Overview
Shanghai Shenxun Kechuang Technology Co., Ltd. has established a new converged communication system platform for the safety management and control platform project in Yulongdao Chemical Industry Park. This platform seamlessly integrates wired communication, wireless communication, loudspeaker broadcasting systems, emergency dispatch APPs, video surveillance, and previously independent and decentralized subsystems into the safety management and control platform system, achieving deep integration among various systems. Through the converged communication system of the dispatch center, resource sharing, efficient collaboration, and unified dispatch among various linkage modules have brought revolutionary changes to the future communication and intelligent security fields.
2. User Requirements
1. Project Background
The Yulong Island Integrated Project, a key project in Shandong Province, is located in the western part of Longkou, with a total planned area of approximately 50.41 km². The land area is about 45.11 km², and the water area is about 5.3 km². Following the principles of "integration, intensification, large-scale, park-based, high-end, clean, and internationalization", it aims to build a world-class industrial base. The first phase of the project, with an investment of over 120 billion yuan, mainly focuses on the construction of integrated projects for oil refining, mixed aromatics, and ethylene refining, strengthening basic chemical industries, and promoting the development of new materials. The project has received high attention from the government and is planned according to the standards of "leading domestically and world-class internationally". It is given priority in allocating local refining capacity replacement indicators, aiming to optimize the structure of the chemical industry, promote high-quality development, and inject strong impetus into the industrial upgrading of the park and the entire province.
2. Project Objectives

The emergency dispatch APP for the integrated communication platform project in Yulongdao Chemical Industry Park has now launched its Android version. The functions currently provided can meet the smooth communication needs with various terminals such as administrative phones, dispatch phones, broadcast terminals, and wireless intercoms. In order to provide more comprehensive and efficient services, we plan to conduct in-depth secondary development based on this to further expand the functions and application scope of the APP.

Build a converged communication system platform, integrating functional modules such as administrative telephones, dispatch telephones, wireless intercoms, emergency dispatch APPs, loudspeaker broadcasting, video surveillance, security alarms, and SMS platforms. The system has connected over 12,000 resource users and is capable of continuous expansion. The functional modules of each information subsystem can be deployed step by step, achieving digitalization and integration of smart factory operations, office work, and emergency converged communication.
3. Technical guidance for the project
The company arranges dedicated engineers to provide customers with technical guidance throughout the entire project process, including but not limited to providing systematic explanations to leaders at all levels of the customer's organization, conducting equipment/system demonstrations and technical training for technical personnel, to ensure that customers can fully grasp the operating principles and proficiently operate and maintain the system.

4. Construction objectives of the integrated communication system
Ø Interface and linkage between administrative and dispatch communication systems
The converged communication system supports docking with the administrative telephone system and the dispatch telephone system, enabling interconnection and interoperability. The extension numbers of the administrative telephone system and the dispatch telephone system are set on the converged communication system's operation interface, facilitating functions such as querying, one-click direct connection, contact list, and transfer.
Ø Linkage of sound amplifying broadcasting system
The converged communication system supports the integration with the public address system, enabling interconnectivity and interoperability. The plant's broadcasting system can be connected to the converged communication system via E1 or SIP. By setting the broadcasting station or power amplifier unit number on the converged communication operation interface, real-time voice broadcasting, TTS instant broadcasting, audio broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, and other functions can be achieved.
Ø Wireless trunking intercom system linkage
The converged communication system provides a dedicated interface to connect with the existing trunking intercom system through a trunking intercom gateway or SIP protocol docking, achieving interconnection and interoperability between the converged communication system and the existing trunking intercom system.
Ø Emergency dispatch APP system linkage
The emergency dispatch APP integrates multiple terminals and various services to facilitate communication dispatch and command. It enables borderless audio and video communication "anytime, anywhere, and on any device," facilitates real-time information sharing, and achieves unified command and dispatch as well as post-event traceability and review. Through real-time data monitoring, all changes are under control; with one-click operation, resource allocation is completed instantly; the simple and clear interface design allows you to easily get started and operate without worries. At the same time, we strictly ensure data security, making every dispatch safe and reliable.

The converged communication system supports integration with mainstream brands, such as surveillance systems from Hikvision and Dahua.
Ø Security alarm system and SMS linkage
Receive over-limit alarm information from the upper platform process monitoring, fire alarm system, and environmental monitoring system, and automatically complete event-related information and pop up a screen reminder. The alarm information typically includes the alarm point location, the video point location of the alarm information, the alarm category, etc. The alarm information can be associated with the monitoring point location and pop up on the screen.
Upon receiving an alarm message, an alarm text message can be automatically or manually sent to a preset text message group, which can be set according to the device area. After sending the text message, it can also be associated with voice broadcast, and the voice broadcast group can also be preset in advance.
