The SX9000U5 Digital programmable exchange adopts the "IP&TDM+IOT" design concept and is a new generation of IP PBX converged communication equipment. It integrates various interfaces such as analog users, IP users, private extensions, analog loops, E1 trunks, VoIP trunks, and recording modules, offering flexible configuration. The maximum capacity of a single frame of the equipment supports mixed communication of 256 analog users/1024 IP users. Through data bus or fiber-optic networking, it can be expanded to accommodate up to 4096 analog user capacity for network access.

■    The entire hardware adopts an embedded board-card structure, with a single machine supporting up to 4096 user accesses. The main control board features comprehensive working indicator lights, indicating the working and running status of various business board modules.


■    The recording function is embedded in the recording board architecture, with built-in storage capabilities, eliminating the need for an external server. It can be scaled up to 512 concurrent channels as needed. It supports online login for playback. The board panel features a board operation indicator, a hard disk connection indicator, a hard disk capacity shortage indicator, and a hard disk capacity full alarm light. It supports multiple compression ratios (2x, 4x, 8x) and multiple file formats for saving (wav, mp3).


■    It features a unique intelligent call transfer function for extension phones within the main unit, ensuring that the extension phones can still receive calls normally even when the main unit is unattended.


■    It features dual-loop communication technology, supporting the access of dual-loop terminals. It can simultaneously accommodate two telephone lines, ensuring normal communication for the extension even in the event of short circuit or open circuit failure on either line. Additionally, the host supports automatic system line detection and pops up an alert window.


■    When a multifunctional phone with broadcasting or broadcasting function is called, it will automatically answer the call (a loudspeaker device can be externally connected to the multifunctional phone) to achieve real-time broadcasting, facilitating the issuance of notices or the holding of conference calls, and supporting TTS broadcasting.

It can also open no fewer than 8 groups of telephone conferences simultaneously. The system can summon internal and external line numbers with one click. If the loop external line is busy or the loop external line is hung up in advance, it will cause busy tones in the conference that cannot be eliminated. The system automatically eliminates the busy tones (by determining that the loop relay port is hung up). For members who are not successfully summoned or whose ports are hung up, the system can automatically re-summon them. The system instantly detects changes in the status of the speaking party, which is a necessary requirement for important occasions.


■    The main unit of the equipment incorporates a PDH service module, which extends the remote service capabilities of the optical port of the extension unit. The hardware utilizes DSE multi-layer software encryption technology, and the single board offers 1-fiber, 2-fiber, and 4-fiber extension directions, allowing for free combination without the need to add external optical transceivers. This service module ensures the integrity, security, and stability of the product. The optical remote function incorporates a fiber break protection feature. In the event of a fiber failure or fiber break in the remote service equipment, the remote equipment can operate normally and perform self-switching to ensure the normal switching function of the equipment.


■    The extension user supports the use of one account. Users can log in to their own account on any user port of the switch, and the phone bill can be independently deducted based on the account's own level and deposit balance. It supports independent account passwords, and users can modify their passwords with 1-6 characters to ensure the security of their accounts.


■    After pressing the one-touch alarm button at the administrative reception desk, factory management, hospital, or hotel, all phones in all rooms and the factory area will ring simultaneously. After picking up the phone, personnel will hear an alarm voice message, such as a fire or gas leak in the hotel or factory area, urging personnel to evacuate quickly. The voice content can be customized and edited in real-time without requiring manual recording.


■    The system supports the integration of an SOS help panel. When the help button is pressed, it will trigger the system to make a pre-set phone call to the personnel of the help management department. The other party's computer screen will display a help pop-up message, showing the specific location and number of the help request. After the personnel answers the call, they will hear a voice message indicating that help is needed in room xx. It is necessary to arrange personnel to go to the location of the help request for inspection before the help request can be resolved, and the phone call will stop. Otherwise, the help request call will continue to be made, effectively ensuring the personal safety of personnel.


■    The system integrates multiple functional modules such as audio and video scheduling linkage, TTS broadcasting, group broadcasting, scheduled broadcasting, automatic hazard alarm, trajectory positioning, and personnel inspection. The system can be set up with a 1-year work and holiday schedule, including weekdays (including Saturdays and Sundays). Each weekday can be divided into 30 time slots, and the automatic broadcast group and content for each time slot can be set separately, providing flexible configuration and ease of use. The system supports up to 64 scheduling groups and provides perfect interface integration.
