1. System Introduction


The SX9000 digital program-controlled switch/SX9000D digital dispatch machine is a new generation of integrated voice communication platform, adopting the design concept of "IP&TDM+IOT", which can support VoIP broadband protocol and narrowband signaling, suitable for any type of NGN/VoIP voice networking, and also supports industry level optical network data exchange function, compatible with various interfaces such as FE/GE, E1, serial port, etc. Not only does it meet the voice communication requirements of IP&TDM, but it also supports interfaces such as MSAP/MSTP/PTN, helping customers save on the cost of multiple sets of equipment and meeting their unique needs in industry applications.

2.  Design Technology


2.1 Design Principles

The overall design principle is centered on "application integration, management perspective, business collaboration, and process flexibility". It ensures that the final platform and system are highly secure, progressiveness, economical, practical, extensible, and open. It uses mature technologies and tool platforms, and at the same time has certain downward compatibility to protect the long-term nature of the user's existing software and hardware resource investment.

The system fully considers the security requirements of users, systems, and networks to prevent unauthorized access from external sources. The system has user authentication and permission management, corresponding to different application levels. 2.2 Performance advantages


ü  The whole machine adopts modular design, and the functions of each module are not highly integrated on one board. When a certain board fails, it only affects the functionality of that board and will not cause the entire system to crash.

ü  Single frame supports 16 multi service slots and provides mixed access to multiple service interfaces:

(1)Relay interface: E1 (No.7 PRI、 No.1, Q.SIG, etc.) VoIP、FXO、E&M、 Magnet;

(2)User interface: SIP, ISDN, FXS, Magnet;

(3)Special functions: broadcast interface, alarm interface, cluster interface, recording interface

ü  Expansion methods: bus cascade, optical remote, bus cascade+optical remote hybrid, with a maximum capacity of 8E1+2048 (analog+IP).

ü  1-16 digit unequal position border: flexible allocation of extension numbers for internal lines.

ü  External blacklist: For some advertising calls and harassing calls, they can be set as a blacklist.

ü  Long calling should not be transferred: If multiple ringing rings are not answered, it will automatically transfer to a mobile phone.

ü  Schedule changes: Automatically associate and transfer to mobile phones based on the schedule.

ü  Internal permission control: permission grouping and call permission control can be set.

ü  External access control: call duration, billing restrictions, area code, long-distance restrictions, etc.

ü  Screen display and CTI interface: Supports seat screen display software and a comprehensive CTI interface.

ü  Telephone recording control: selective telephone recording and non recording control can be set.

 

 3. Network design

 

3.1 Analog Transmission


 The main and sub frames are deployed in the central computer room, and all telephone lines come from the main computer room system. This plan is designed for construction wiring distances within 5 kilometers for buildings where various office departments are located.

3.2 Optical Transmission (Optical Teleportation)


Fiber optic networking is used between the main and sub frames. Due to the long distance between buildings and the difficulty of wiring large numbers of cables, fiber optic methods can be used to extend to each floor. This solution is designed for parks with multiple floors and long distances between each building.

3.3 IP Transmission and Integrated Transmission


In response to the complex transmission between buildings, cable wiring is used for short distances, and fiber optic cables are used for long distances to extend to various places. Areas where wiring is inconvenient can achieve IP extension and host communication through network transmission. This solution is designed for areas with multiple parks, buildings, islands, etc., where the combination of old and new communication methods and inconsistent line transmission methods are used.

ü  Support viewing device system parameters through the call center, including host model, host version, serial number, hardware version, system capacity, and various business card software and hardware versions.

ü  Various business card program versions and hardware versions.

ü  Support automatic backup and manual backup of system configuration parameters through the call center. Backup data can be imported and restored, and automatic backup can flexibly set backup time and frequency.

ü  The host supports power-off recovery function and supports one click backup to the main control and computer. The backup data saved by the main control is not allowed to be stored through external batteries or capacitors. The backup data in the host will not be lost due to the failure of batteries or capacitors. Important data will remain intact during power outages and can be automatically loaded upon incoming calls.

ü  Support soft switching of main control hot backup through the call center, with a switching interval of less than 50ms, and the system operation will not be completely interrupted.

ü  Support configuring permission levels through the call center, which can restrict the configuration of different system parameters under different accounts.

ü  Support for overall unit function: Multiple ringing modes such as sequential ringing, simultaneous ringing, cyclic ringing, linear ringing, etc. can be configured for extensions in the same group. Any extension can be used to pick up incoming calls from the same group of extensions.

ü  Support for unequal numbering: Support for configuring internal numbers of different lengths for different extensions, and mutual dialing is not affected.

ü  Support phone permissions: Support configuring different permissions for different phones, with a permission level of no less than 32, and can restrict dialing prefixes, numbers, external lines, internal lines, and levels higher than one's own permissions, freely set.

ü  Support phone transfer: When an internal/external call is received, you can choose to transfer the call to someone else. Support transfer retrieval, release after transfer is connected, release when transfer is not connected, and wait for transfer.

ü Support for multiple phones with one number: Different internal phones can be configured with the same number, and dialing other internal extensions can display one number.

ü  Support mobile fixed integration: It can be manually or automatically configured to switch states through command codes or pre configured time, improving service quality and avoiding private number privacy leakage.

ü  Support strong insertion function: When an extension is in a call state with another extension or an extension is in a call state with an external line, a higher authority extension can be forcibly inserted to make a call with the desired extension.

ü  Support emergency broadcast function: In case of an emergency, the emergency broadcast can be triggered with one click through the call center, and all extensions will ring to answer and broadcast emergency voice.

ü  Support for equal dialing function: The extension does not require dialing the local number or listening to the second dialing tone to dial an external line number. Users can use the extension (redial function on the phone) to directly dial an external line.

ü  Support for abbreviated dialing function: phone numbers with a large number of digits can be replaced with 1-2 digits of self written numbers.

ü  Support bill management: Supports both internal and external call bill management, and can set multiple billing rates.

ü  Support conference call function: Use telephone to convene other departments to participate in the meeting.

ü  Support built-in account system: Supports 8000 accounts to use, users can log in to their own accounts on any user port of the switch, and can independently deduct phone bills based on their account level, deposit balance. Support account independent passwords, users can modify 1-6 digit passwords themselves to ensure account security.

ü  Support voice navigation function: Supports no less than 48 voice files, supports multi-level voice navigation function, and enhances user experience for complex voice navigation solutions.

ü  Support built-in ringtone function: Supports the selection of 6 ringtones at will, and each extension can choose different ringtones according to personal preferences, and can customize the import of new ringtones.

ü  Support scheduled service function: set rest time, dining time, and night service time, and impose different functional restrictions on the extension at different times.

ü  Support relay outgoing prefix: Based on the outgoing prefix dialed by the user, the relay group is automatically identified, and idle relays are selected in a certain order within the intermediate relay group for outgoing. The outgoing prefix can be set to 1-8 bits. The system can provide users with up to 4 sets of outbound tables.

ü  Support outgoing sending of different calling numbers: When the outgoing prefix occupies the corresponding digital relay interface and is outgoing, different calling numbers can be sent to the called extension.

ü  Support for extension hotline function: After the extension user picks up the machine, if they do not dial for a certain period of time (called hotline duration, which can be set by the extension), the system will automatically call the set internal extension (internal hotline) or external hotline number (external hotline). This function also enables automatic elimination of any outgoing prefix without dialing, occupying the relay.

ü  Support for Do Not Disturb Function: Set the internal and external line do not disturb function to avoid interference from incoming calls when it is inconvenient to receive them. It can automatically set no disturbance during rest time, providing a better resting environment.

ü  Integrated recording: The system supports any form of external to external telephone recording, such as plug and play conversion, no response conversion, unconditional conversion, etc., ensuring that all calls passing through the system can be recorded.



4.3 Scalable Features


The SX9000 digital program-controlled switch/SX9000D digital dispatch machine can integrate communication methods such as voice, video, and data to form a fusion platform. It can integrate 13 functional modules including administrative telephone, dispatch telephone, loudspeaker intercom, emergency broadcasting, dispatch map, video monitoring, video conferencing, personnel positioning, personnel inspection, wireless communication, emergency plan, emergency command, and centralized recording. The functional modules can be deployed step by step, and all modules can be incorporated into the entire integrated dispatch communication system to achieve digitalization and integration of operations, office, and emergency communication.
