1. Project Overview
The integrated communication dispatching system of Hebei Jizhong Coal Mine takes the digital program-controlled switch as the core of the system, adheres to the construction concept of integration, intelligence, and convenience, and perfectly interconnects multiple information systems such as the internal telephone system composed of analog extensions, IP extensions, and WIFI mobile phones, the handheld intercom system of the radio station, the broadcasting system, the video surveillance system, as well as third-party management platforms, PSTN platforms, and IMS platforms, to achieve a new type of integrated communication exchange system with multi-system terminal interconnection, including internal extensions, external lines, SMS, handheld intercom, broadcasting, video linkage, and more.
2. Product Features
Ø Flexible modules, efficient integration
The SX9000 converged communication system is deployed in the mining area's computer room. The entire system adopts a modular structural design, allowing for flexible configuration of overall capacity according to demand. It supports the hybrid access of up to 4096 ultra-large capacity services, eliminating the need for external devices. Furthermore, it interfaces with Huawei program-controlled switches in the group and living areas through 2M-7 signaling and PRI signaling.
Ø The system is stable and offers flexible scalability
Equipped with MCU board 1+1 redundant dual backup and DC power supply 1+1 redundant dual backup, ensuring uninterrupted work and communication during switching. It can be expanded to 4096 channels, providing mixed insertion of user extensions/trunks/recording services. It supports mixed convergence of interfaces such as E1 (China No.1, 7 signaling, and PRI signaling), loop, E/M, IP trunk, etc., with a maximum support of 64 E1 interfaces. It adds IP networking capabilities and utilizes modular unit boards such as SIP User and SIP Trunk for expansion.
Ø Comprehensive system, diverse functions
The built-in hard disk version of the full-channel online recording system board supports cloud backup management for recording boards. Equipped with a broadcasting system board, it provides 32 audio output ports and can be linked with the alarm system to make forced calls to telephones or broadcasts within the area and play specified voice reminders. The system features conference call functions, full call, group call, command call functions, public abbreviated dialing, automatic calling, call transfer, internal accounts, and query functions.
3. Function Introduction
Ø Daily operation and maintenance functions
Operation and maintenance management can be conducted by logging into the operator console client. After undergoing user training, users can independently log into the system to maintain data.
Ø Number Management
One-click input for quick query and modification of extension numbers, groups, levels, etc.
Ø Phone activation and deactivation
You can use the attendant console software to query and set the location of a number with one click, as well as quickly shut down and restart a phone.
Ø Permission management function
According to the security rules or policies set by the system, users can access and only access the resources they are authorized to. This prevents misoperations that may render the system unusable.
Ø Equipment capacity
The single unit can accommodate up to 4096 channels, facilitating easy expansion. Compared to the original equipment, it occupies less space and operates silently.
Ø Intelligent main unit
Based on the on-site user requirements, various ringtone modes can be equipped, such as simultaneous ringing, sequential ringing, cyclic ringing, and so on.
