1. Existing Problems of the Traditional Command and Dispatch Mode
● Complicated command links and unintuitive operation
When commanders issue instructions at the indoor command console, satellite phones, shortwave radios and other equipment suffer from indoor signal blind spots. Manual relay and transfer by signal corps are required, resulting in excessive instruction transmission links, easy information distortion and low command efficiency. "One-click direct access and real-time control" cannot be realized.
● Limited transmission range and insufficient networking capability
Radio intercom and microwave communication are restricted by geographical conditions and transmission distance, only supporting short-distance communication. They cannot support cross-regional, large-scale and distributed networking, making it difficult to meet the needs of full-domain operations and cross-regional coordinated dispatch.
● Isolated multiple systems with poor interoperability
Multiple communication means such as radios, walkie-talkies, military mobile phones, program-controlled telephones and satellite communication coexist but operate independently without interconnection. In case of a single communication link failure, manual equipment switching and reconnection are required, which cannot guarantee communication continuity and stability, and brings great difficulties to multi-department coordinated dispatch.
2. Construction Effect
It provides a multi-functional command and dispatch platform for on-site commanding leaders, enabling commanders to communicate and liaise with various on-site units and personnel in a "real-time immersive" manner during incident command, issue command instructions, and promptly dispatch and handle all kinds of emergencies and activities.
The system adopts various wired and wireless networks as the bearer network, including optical fiber, metropolitan area network, VPN private network, Wi-Fi, satellite, and Mc-Will, so as to meet communication requirements under diverse environments. Meanwhile, the system can be deployed in a distributed manner wherever an IP network is available, enabling large-scale cross-regional networking.
The system not only realizes internal communication, but also interconnects with multiple traditional voice communication networks through various gateway devices, including the PSTN fixed-line network, GSM/CDMA mobile networks, PBX private communication networks, digital trunked intercom systems, and others. It achieves unified command and dispatch to meet the needs of multi-department collaborative work.

二.System Introduction
The SX600 portable mobile unit adopts the design concept of "IP&TDM + IoT". It supports both VoIP broadband protocols and narrowband signaling, making it suitable for all types of NGN/VoIP voice networking.In addition, it features industrial-grade optical network data exchange and is compatible with various interfaces including FE/GE, E1 and serial ports.This helps customers reduce expenditure on multiple sets of equipment and meets their specialized requirements in industrial applications. The maximum capacity of the system can be expanded to 4,096 lines.

● The overall design supports push-pull movement for easy mobility, and is waterproof, dustproof and explosion-proof.

The system can adapt to various networking scenarios through multi-level cascade buses and remote fiber extension, with a maximum expandable capacity of 4,096 lines (large-capacity mobile boxes are customizable).
● Power failure recovery
In the event of a power failure and restart, the original configuration parameters can still be restored even if the real-time battery fails, ensuring automatic recovery of equipment operation.

Command and Dispatch Communication System:This function is a mode of internal/external telephone conference. The chairperson conducts multi-party command and dispatch with fixed-line terminals, wireless walkie-talkies and radio stations.
● Feature 1:During a conference, members cannot communicate with each other, but are connected one-to-one with the dispatch chairperson. This avoids noise and unclear information transmission in multi-party conferences.
● Feature 2:The dispatch chairperson can issue real-time notifications to all dispatch members, realizing a group call function.
● Feature 3:During a conference, the dispatch chairperson can control the listen and speak permissions of all or individual members, including four statuses: Listen and speak、Neither listen nor speak、Speak only、Listen only.
