1.2 When you use the emergency dispatch service, in order to ensure that you can use our service normally, the server can distinguish your emergency dispatch login device, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect your device model, operating system, device unique identifier (Android ID), login IP address, and emergency dispatch software version number. And we will collect log information about your use of the service to investigate any abnormalities that may occur during your use of emergency dispatch, including the method, type, and status of network access, network quality data, operation logs (such as the operation logs of microphone access permissions granted to emergency dispatch when using voice call functions), and server log information.

1.3 When you use the voice call function, we will provide you with voice call services after you agree to authorize the microphone and call system permissions. The above permissions are necessary for using the relevant functions. Refusing to grant permissions will only prevent you from using the voice call function.

When you use voice messaging or recording, the voice message files and recording files you upload will be stored on our servers and local devices, as storage is necessary to achieve this function. We will store this information in an encrypted manner, and you can delete it at any time. Unless we obtain your authorization again or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above voice messages, recorded information to the public, or use them for purposes other than this function.
